OurTime sends a confirmation email when cancellation is complete.

Google Play purchases must be cancelled under Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iPhone, use Settings → your name → Subscriptions → OurTime → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling renewal leaves Premium active until the paid expiry date and prevents a new renewal charge. Instalment payments already committed under the existing term can still be collected.

Refunds

Website and mobile-web purchases have a 14-day cooling-off period. First-time subscriptions and upgrades can be withdrawn through the online Withdrawal Form or Account Settings; the refund is reduced pro rata for any service already used. Renewals, Boosts, SuperLikes and Private/Incognito Mode are non-refundable. After the initial 14 days, OurTime does not provide a refund. Apple and Google decide refund requests for purchases made through their stores.

Deleting the account

On a computer, use Profile arrow → Settings → Manage account → Delete account. The profile disappears within 24 hours.
