Every plan renews automatically. To stop the next payment, log in and open Profile & Settings → Subscription → Cancel recurring subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and full access remains active until the end of the term already paid for.

Apple App Store subscription

An iPhone subscription must be cancelled through the Apple ID used for payment. Cancelling or closing the Christian Connection profile does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Refunds

A website payment can be submitted through Christian Connection’s refund-request page. The company considers refunds when the paid membership has not been used, including an unwanted renewal. Once paid features have been used, a refund is not promised. Apple-billed refunds must be requested from Apple.

Closing or permanently deleting an account

To close the account, open Profile & Settings and select Close your account at the bottom. The profile disappears but can be reopened later by logging in. Closing with paid time remaining forfeits that unused access. Permanent deletion requires an email request to help@christianconnection.com.

Christian Connection is the better choice over a mainstream app when shared Christian belief is a firm relationship requirement. The one-month plan is the sensible starting subscription for messaging; the six-month plan offers the strongest value for members committed to using the service regularly.
