Toyboy Warehouse is a specialist age-gap dating service for single older women and younger men seeking love, casual dating or romance. It was founded in the UK in 2006 and remains independently operated. Men must be at least 18, women must be at least 24, and there is no maximum age.

Every profile, photo and comment is manually reviewed. Free members can search, save favourites, exchange Winks and Cards, upload 20 photos and join events. Premium membership is required for direct messages and instant chat. The three current plans cost £24.99 for one month, £44.99 for three months or £74.99 for six months.

1. Registration and eligibility

Registration supports women seeking men, men seeking women and men seeking men. The age rules are unusual and explicit: men can join from 18, women from 24, and neither group has an upper limit. The site accepts single members only and prohibits escorting, paid meetings and compensated arrangements.

2. Manual profile approval

A profile is not approved when it contains contact details, explicit material, abuse, meaningless text or evidence that the member is married. Every later edit and photo upload is reviewed again, normally within a few hours. A rejected profile can be corrected and resubmitted.

3. Basic and advanced search

Members can search by age and location, then refine results with Advanced Search fields such as username, height, body type and whether the person has children. Search criteria can be saved and restored. The default age logic keeps the results aligned with older-woman/younger-man dating.

4. Winks, Cards and favourites

Winks and Cards can be sent and received by every membership level. Cards provide themed greetings, while favourites create a private shortlist and notify the selected member unless they disabled that alert. These tools allow free members to show interest without writing a message.

5. Messaging and instant chat

Direct messages and instant chat are Premium-only. After upgrading, the member opens a profile and selects Chat!, or uses the Messages area to continue existing conversations. Premium chat is unlimited during the paid term.

6. Friends

Premium members can send Friend requests. Once accepted, both people appear in each other’s Friends list and can continue instant chat even when one member temporarily hides from the wider dating pool.

7. Photos

Free members can upload up to 20 manually approved photos. Premium removes the upload limit, reveals all photos on other profiles and allows photo captions. Explicit images, headless torso shots and pictures that do not clearly show the member are rejected.

8. Profile activity

Premium shows the full list of profile visitors and identifies who added the member to favourites. The paid account also receives boosted profile visibility. These are discovery extras; the essential upgrade is still unlimited messaging.

9. Website and apps

Toyboy Warehouse works in desktop and mobile browsers and also has iPhone and Android apps. The core account, profile, search and conversations use the same membership. Purchases made through an app store must be managed through that store’s subscription controls.

10. Hiding the profile

Under Profile → Settings → Hide account, members can remain visible only to existing Friends or disappear from every member until they reactivate. Hiding does not pause a Premium subscription or stop automatic renewal.

Toyboy Warehouse has a more precise purpose than mainstream apps: its eligibility and search rules make the intended age-gap dynamic clear before contact begins. Manual approval, free Winks and Cards, detailed search and a long UK operating history are meaningful advantages. The free account is useful for browsing, but any real conversation requires Premium.

The most important drawback is the strict no-refund policy combined with automatic renewal. Cancellation is straightforward through Payment Settings, phone or email, but the request must arrive before billing and email requests can take 72 hours. One month is therefore the safest first subscription.

The six-month option saves £74.95 compared with buying six separate one-month terms. The one-month option costs more per month but limits the first payment to £24.99 and is the better starting plan under the site’s no-refund policy.

There is no timed free trial. The free membership remains available after profile approval, while Premium is required only when the member wants unrestricted written contact and the additional activity information.

Profiles are visible only to signed-in approved members and are not indexed by Google. The moderation team reviews usernames, biographies, edits, photos and comments. Accounts can be removed for abuse, asking another member for money, false identities, duplicate profiles or unsuitable usernames.

A member can block another profile through More → Block; both profiles then disappear from each other and contact stops. Toyboy Warehouse does not permit escorts, compensated relationships or transactional meetings. It also advises members to report every request for money.

The experience is built around deliberate browsing rather than an endless swipe feed. Advanced fields and saved searches make it easy to narrow age, location, height, body type and family situation. Winks and Cards give free members several ways to show interest, while Premium moves the conversation into unlimited instant chat.

Desktop, mobile web, iPhone and Android access cover the same core account. The interface contains more features than a simple app—Friends, profile visitors, saved searches, Cards and visibility controls—but messages remain the hard payment boundary. Notifications can be changed under Profile → Settings → Notification settings.

Automatic renewal

Every Premium plan renews at the full price for the same term. A discounted first term returns to the standard rate when it renews. Renewal occurs only when the existing paid period ends.

Cancel online

Open Profile → Settings → Payment Settings and select the unsubscribe option. Future billing stops immediately, while Premium features remain active until the end date shown on the same page.

Cancel by phone or email

Call 0800 8085 205 between 10am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. The company also accepts cancellation at admin@toyboywarehouse.com. Phone or online cancellation must be completed at least two hours before the next bill. Email requests can take 72 hours, so a payment collected during that processing period is not refunded.

Refund policy

All Premium payments are non-refundable, including renewal payments and unused time. Cancelling stops the next charge but does not reverse an amount already collected. This strict rule is the main reason to start with the one-month plan.

Hide or close the account

To take a break, open Profile → Settings → Hide account and hide from everyone or remain visible only to Friends. Hiding does not pause billing. Permanent closure is handled by the support team through the contact form or admin@toyboywarehouse.com; automatic renewal must still be cancelled separately.

Use the free account to search, send Winks and build favourites, then choose the £24.99 one-month plan when there are specific people you want to message. The six-month plan has the lowest monthly rate but carries the largest non-refundable payment.
